About the position

Asperiq’s product and solution focus is on our new security network portfolio; developing the security devices that implement our scalable security architecture, and the management systems to support their use cases. We sell security solutions building on our core products – optimally augmented with a broad own services portfolio and 3rd party products, systems and services.

As our new Bid and Pricing Manager, you will be part of our international Sales team, where you are recognized by your peers by your ability to actively contribute and steer all aspects of both the bidding and pricing process. The role can be described as a “conductor”, interacting and aligning with most departments at Asperiq in order to get the work done. 

Main responsibilities:

The role essentially has two facets; orchestrating the bid management process, and establishing a companywide pricing methodology and tools paired with actual customer pricing support:

  • Take the leadership of Asperiq Bid and Pricing Management function to generate best-in-class bids and increase efficiency as well as win rate in order to meet Asperiq’s growth and profitability targets
  • Providing Bid Management support to selected important sales cases
  • Create and drive bid process implementation (processes, tooling)
  • Set the direction of pricing with the CPO in order to meet Asperiq growth and profitability targets
  • Align pricing strategies, best practice sharing across regions, drive pricing tool and process development
  • Ensure evolution of product, solution and service pricing systems in-line with market trends and requirements

Your profile

We are looking to hire a multifaceted, highly skilled, creative and seasoned Bid and Pricing Manager, with a strong background in creating competitive, high-qualitative offers and bids.  It's important for success in the role that you have secure communication and collaboration Product and Solution Portfolio Knowledge, and ability to influencing others and strategic thinking.

The position is full time and place of work is Zug, Switzerland or Lund, Sweden. For the position you need to have a Swedish or a Swiss citizenship, or a valid work permit for Sweden/Switzerland, due to strict security requirements. 

Our corporate language is English, so be efficient in the interaction with others, you have a good command of English and a high proficiency of either Swiss-German or Swedish depending on site.
